Jeroen van Hunen

Jeroen van Hunen, currently the Adjunct to the Dean of ENAC, will take the reins of the Research Office on a full-time basis starting on 1 August 2023. He will replace Caroline Vandevyver, with whom he worked to set up the EPFLinnovators and EPFLglobaLeaders programs. He also ran EPFL’s Doctoral School for nearly 10 years. At ENAC, he will be succeeded by Silvia Aguilera as Adjunct to the Dean on 15 June 2023.

Jeroen holds a PhD in physics – his area of expertise is particle physics – and he’s thoroughly familiar with research processes.
