Prof. Lignos gave a plenary talk during the International Workshop on Performance-Based Seismic Design of Structures in Tongji University, Shanghai, China. The Workshop was held in October 12-15, 2017 and the focus was on resilience and robustness. The title of the invited talk was on "Experimental and Numerical Evaluation of Steel Columns for Performance-Based Seismic Assessment of Steel Moment Frames". The workshop attendees participated by invitation only and the workshop was dedicated to the memory of Prof. Helmut Krawinker. The proceedings can be downloaded from here:
