Hui Dong joined HOBEL as a new PhD assistant

Hui Dong received her Master of Science in Environmental Technology (2023) and Master of Public Health (2021) from Imperial College London in London, United Kingdom, and her Bachelor of Engineering in Building Environment and Energy from Tianjin University in Tianjin, China (2020).
Hui Dong received her Master of Science in Environmental Technology (2023) and Master of Public Health (2021) from Imperial College London in London, United Kingdom, and her Bachelor of Engineering in Building Environment and Energy from Tianjin University in Tianjin, China (2020).
Hui has previously researched air pollution and its adverse effects on human health. She has studied the uncertainties in modelling air pollution, such as emission sources and measurement errors, which lead to inaccurate estimates of health effects. As a new PhD student in HOBEL, she will focus on the transmission and energy-efficient controls for pathogens in indoor environments.
