How do you manage your data or code during your research projects? Your Master’s dissertations? What are your practices and needs? The EPFL Library is running a biannual survey to improve – or develop – relevant services to support your management of research data and code.

Research Data Management (RDM) is an essential part of the scientific process, making your data and code easily publishable, safely preserved, and better reproducible.

This year, we collaborate with DaSCH, Eawag, ETHZ, FHNW, and UNIL, for a better understanding of practices and needs, and to provide harmonized solutions for RDM. It takes only 5 minutes to fill the survey, and your input can make a real difference! The survey will run until September 18, 2023.

Previous versions of this survey have been carried out and you can consult the results (2017, 2019, 2021).

For questions on this survey or for any other question regarding RDM, contact the EPFL Library Research Data Team.
