Gift by Professor Roger Hersch
Professor Hersch was for two years the representative for the School of Computer and Communication Sciences at the Library Commission. He gave the Library a large collection of books.
Professor Hersch gave books about parallel programming - a subject he taught at EPFL for several years -, image processing, peripherals and typography.
In his Honorary Lecture, he thanked the document supply service of the Library for having always been able to find the documents unavailable in the NEBIS network.
