Gender inequalities in the workplace and academia

Polyquity, Agepoly’s latest commission promoting gender equality on campus, invites you to their conference about gender inequalities in the workplace and academia. The speakers will consist of two representatives of Artemia, a women executive search specialised in gender diversity and women recruitment, and Roland Tormey, Coordinator of the Teaching Support Centre and teacher of social and behavioral sciences of learning.
The speakers will address the subject of cognitive biases in recruitment and acadmia, share their personal experience with inequalities and give counsel on how to deal with and prevent them.
