GEM participated at the 16th International Symposium on Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC XVI) in Kyoto, Japan which gather the industrial and university leaders in the field from all over the world.

GEM gave two oral presentations:

Guillaume Jeanmonod presented part of his PhD thesis work: “Active Near-Infrared Imaging for Spatio-Temporal Monitoring of a Solid Oxide Cell in Operation” : http://ecst.ecsdl.org/content/91/1/437.abstract

Jan Van herle presented part of the PhD thesis work of Giorgio Rinaldi: “Effects of Polarization on the Microstructural Changes at the YSZ/Ni-YSZ Interface” : http://ecst.ecsdl.org/content/91/1/641.abstract

Furthermore, Prof Jürg Schiffmann from EPFL-LAMD presented the PhD thesis of Patrick Wagner, done in a collaboration between both LAMD and GEM with SOLIDpower from Yverdon as industry partner: « Design and Experimental Realization of a Steam-Driven Micro Recirculation Fan for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Systems » : http://ecst.ecsdl.org/content/91/1/187.short

GEM contributed to 2 further papers presented at the same Conference:
