Future Oriented Renewable and Reliable Energy SiC Solutions

Power Electronic Laboratory is happy to be a partner in the consortium that has been awarded funding under the HORIZON program topic ID: HORIZON-CL5-2021-D3-02-10. Project FOR²ENSICS - "Future Oriented Renewable and Reliable Energy SiC Solutions" started in January 2023 and over the next 48 months will address the topic of high-voltage SiC devices and their application in the energy sector. Together with project partners, we expect to develop and demonstrate new interesting technologies, from semiconductor devices to converter design and control optimization. Being a Swiss-associated partner, our activities are directly funded by State Secretariat for Education Research and Innovation - SERI, which we greatly appreciate.
