A completely redesigned website now presents the content related to the People Experience and People Operations (VPH) departments, which replace the former Human Resources Service.
The creation of the Vice Presidency for Human Development (VPH) provided an opportunity to overhaul the website previously dedicated to Human Resources.
The new pages bring together information related to the People Experience and People Operations departments, with better-structured and more concise content on personnel management and services dedicated to EPFL employees.
They include information on compensation and staff benefits, as well as on social insurance, working time, absences and leave, administrative procedures, regulations, and processes. Internal documents and forms have been moved to the intranet, with restricted access for the EPFL community.
