After and interesting and inspiring presentation by Dr. Ismahane Elouafi (FAO Chief Scientist), Sara was involved in a stimulating roundtable discussion and Q&A session with Vincent Martin (Director, Office of Innovation, FAO), Christina Senn-Jakobsen (Managing Director, Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley), Kathryn Hess (Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Outreach, EPFL), Christian Schwab (Director, EPFL Integrative Food and Nutrition Center) and Laurence Jeangros (Scientific Collaborator, Enterprise for Society).
