Excellent ranking for one of our young students

at the International Competition for Mathematical and Logical Games
The Equal Opportunities Office and the Service of promotion of sciences among youngsters are delighted to congratulate one of his young students, Laetitia Exertier (9 years old), for her excellent results in the International Competition for Mathematical and Logical Games, which took place in Paris last 28 and 29 of August 2014.
Laetitia proficiently participated to our workshops “Les maths en jeu”, which are organized for children and youngsters at EPFL. It is during one of these workshops that Laetitia started to prepare the first mathematics wordings for the qualifying examinations of the championship at a regional and Swiss level. She was classified “first woman” and “first Swiss” at the international final contest in Paris.
