‘EuroTechPostdoc' Programme: Application platform is now open

‘EuroTechPostdoc’ programme provides international research and career development opportunities for 80 young, high-potential researchers over two calls for applications. Ten postdoctoral fellowship positions will be offered in 2018 at each of the EuroTech Universities - Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and Technical University of Munich (TUM).
The ‘EuroTechPostdoc’ Programme is one of the first cross-country fellowship programmes co-funded by the European Union’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions COFUND programme.
Researchers with a doctoral degree or at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience can apply on-line until February 28, 2018 (17.00 CET). To be successful, applicants should propose bottom-up collaborative research projects with one of the EuroTech Universities as main host and a second EuroTech University as co-host, fitting the applicants’ own original research ideas. In addition, applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the host university for more than twelve months in the three years immediately before the call deadline.
The applicants should identify in their application a host and a co-host from the EuroTech Universities and submit a research plan within one of the EuroTech Alliance's focus areas:
- Health & Bio Engineering,
- Smart & Urban Mobility,
- Data Science & Engineering,
- High Performance Computing and
- Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
