Prof. Frédéric Courbin appointed as the new Swiss representative on the ESO Scientific and Technical Committee, the body that advises ESO on current and future instrumentation on all its telescopes, including La Silla and Paranal Observatories, ALMA and the European Extremely Large Telescope at Cerro Armazones.
