Now, the EPFL directory and CV pages will be displayed on one page, with tabs. From January 18, you have a month to check and edit your profile with the new layout, at test-people.epfl.ch.
You certainly know the EPFL web directory, and the personal pages 'people.epfl.ch', which allow everyone to complete his resume online. This year, these data will be merged and migrated to a new design. Now, the EPFL directory and CV pages will be displayed on one page, with tabs. From January 18, you have a month to check and edit your profile with the new layout, at test-people.epfl.ch.

Why are you concerned?
The people pages enhance EPFL talents and skills. Fill these pages is an act of valorisation of our institution, recommended by EPFL management. They are among most visited links (according to web statistics analysis)
In this new version, it is possible to choose which of your functions you want to see displayed.
The test phase
Between January 18 and February 22, 2012, these new pages are available at http://search-test.epfl.ch and http://test-people.epfl.ch. By logging in via the login in the bottom right of the test page, you can access your data copied from your current people page. You can change them at your leisure.
On 22 February, the migrated data (and corrected) will be definitely online and replace the current directory.
Why is it important for you to check this information?
We measure about 120 requests per minute on the online directory: during the transition to the new version, your personal information will gain high visibility, it is worth checking first.
