EPFL RDM Training Materials available as Open Educational Resources

Published on Zenodo within the ETH Domain Open Educational Resources for Research Data Management community and referenced in Infoscience, these resources can be freely accessed, reused, and adapted under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license.

The resources currently available include:

• Module 1 – ABC of Research Data Management
• Module 2 – Data Management Planning & Funding
• Module 3 – Data Organization & Storage Solutions
• Module 4 – Ethics in Research Data Management: Anonymization and Best Practices
• Module 5 – Data/Code Publication

These materials complement the training courses offered by the EPFL Library. They can be used to prepare for a course, review key concepts covered during training sessions, or repurpose educational content for other teaching and training contexts.

The Zenodo community was developed as part of the ETH Domain Open Research Data (ORD) Program, in collaboration with ETH Zurich, Empa, Eawag, PSI, and WSL, to support the sharing of educational resources on Research Data Management and Open Research Data. Members of the ETH Domain are encouraged to contribute their own materials and help expand this collaborative collection.
