As a part of Global Entrepreneurship Week Geneva, the CERN Knowledge Transfer Group organized a panel on the topic of interdisciplinary startup teams featuring a physicist, two entrepreneurs, and our PhD student, Nettra Pan.

As a part of Global Entrepreneurship Week Geneva in November 2015, the CERN Knowledge Transfer Group invited people from inside and outside CERN to attend a panel discussion on the creation of interdisciplinary start-up teams. The panel consisted of Nettra Pan, Giovanni Porcellana, Steffen Raetzer, Daniel Dobos and took place in CERN's IdeaSquare. The panelists discussed their experiences and research on what to look for in a founding partner, how to resolve unproductive founder conflicts, how to encourage productive disagreements, among other topics.
