Scientists can significantly contribute via transdisciplinary research in the transitioning to a more sustainable society. The ENAC School offers now a seed funding opportunity in the form of “Transdisciplinary Cluster grants” for researchers to engage in this type of research!

Are you driven by a desire to address societal problems and contribute to a sustainable world through your research?

Are you curious and open to explore an issue together with others outside academia?

Do external stakeholders hold useful knowledge, capacities and opportunities for action on the issue you are interested in?

Do you feel comfortable in acting as a bridge between university and society and with the concept of doing "science with society"?

Yes? Then this ENAC seed money grant of 50kCHF might be exactly what you're looking for!

Eligibility:

- The application should involve 1 principal investigator (PI), and min. 1 partner outside academia
- PI should be a researcher (non-professor) employed at an ENAC laboratory.
- PIs can be involved in only one proposal for the 2022 call
- The project idea should contribute directly to one of ENAC's sustainability challenges
