We have the pleasure to open a new internal call: “ENAC Flagship projects”, which is a unique opportunity to boost interdisciplinary and ground-breaking research.
Mission of the call
The main mission of this call is to foster new interdisciplinary researchcollaborations within the ENAC community. Flagship projects should involve two to four Principal Investigators (PIs) who are professors at the ENAC School. The PI can also be a senior scientist (“MER”)but only if the proposal involves minimum two other PIs that are professor. The PIs should come from different research disciplines and bring different skills to tackle ambitious research problems with emphasis on ENAC’s 3 strategic topics: climate change, digitalization and urbanization. Successful proposals will be awarded up to 400kCHF if they involve a group of two PIs and up to 500kCHF if they involve a group of three or four PIs. The flagship can cover PhD, Post doc or research assistant salaries and other costs over a 2-3 years period.
Submission and evaluation will be done in two stages with a pre-proposal to submit by 11 Oct. 2022 and a full proposal to submit, upon invitation, by 14Nov. 2022.
