EDNE PhD Thesis Distinction for Adrien Doerig
The EDNE Program Committee has rewarded Adrien Doerig’s doctoral dissertation entitled “Crowding and the Architecture of the Visual System” with a Thesis Distinction.
Each year, a Thesis Distinction is granted to a selection of very high-quality theses, in order to highlight the doctoral candidates’ research work and their scientific merit. For each doctoral program, nominated graduates are selected on the basis of their oral examination. The doctoral program committee evaluates the nominees and rewards the best 8%. This year's EDNE program laureates Adrien Doerig. He has also been awarded the BMI Thesis Prize 2020 for his outstanding work and scientific contribution in the field of Neuroscience.
