EDEE PhD Thesis Distinction for Ya-Ping Hsieh

The EDEE Program Committee has rewarded Ya-Ping's doctoral dissertation entitled Convergence without Convexity: Sampling, Optimization, and Games with a Thesis Destinction.
The Distinction is awarded to the 8 % best PhD theses of each EPFL Doctoral Program. Ya-Ping's name will be listed in an article that EPFL Magazine will publish in January 2021 along with all relevant thesis details.
