ECEO's research in Nature Communications' top picks !
Our perspective paper about the integration of machine learning in animal ecology and conservation was selected by Nature Communications as one of the 25 top picks of 2022 in the category "Life and Biological Sciences"
The paper, led by EPFL professor D. Tuia, and co-authored by an international consortium (A. and M. Mathis from EPFL, B. Kellenberger from Yale, S. Beery from MIT, I. Couzin, B. Costelloe, M. Wikelski and M. Crofoot from Max Planck, T. Berger-Wolf from Ohio State and many more!), was recognized by the journal as a top recommendation for 2022.
