Easier access to SIA and ISO standards

Since January 1, 2023, the EPFL community benefits from a facilitated access to SIA (Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards.
- SIA (online swiss standards)
Existing standards that govern activities related to architecture, engineering and building law.
- ISO (online international standards)
International standards in the industrial and commercial fields serving the interests of the general public when acting as consumers and users.
Access and conditions of use
The access to these standards is provided through the SNV platform and is reserved to EPFL members. The procedure to access the standards and the conditions of use are detailed on go.epfl.ch/standards.
The EPFL Library also provides access to ASTM, ASUT, Electrosuisse, IEEE, NIHS/FH, SNV, SWISSMEM and VSS standards.
