Dr. Li Shuai joins the lab.

Li completed his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Xuejun Pan at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he worked on the catalytic conversion of biomass into sugars and fuels. He then worked on the process development of biodegradable composites and prebiotics from biomass at Vland Biotech Group in China and is joining the lab as a postdoc. At LPDC, his research will focus on the development of new pretreatment methods for biomass conversion into sugars. Welcome Li!
