Dr. Jaedon Shin joins the LTQE

Dr. Jaedon Shin has recently joined the LTQE Lab. His research focuses on the oxidative treatment of drinking water and wastewater. Specifically, his research focuses on the comparison of different oxidation processes for the elimination of emerging micropollutants and the impacts on the formation of disinfection byproducts during oxidative water treatment.
His research at the LTQE lab will focus on:
- Kinetics and degradation mechanisms of micropollutants during different oxidation processes
- Development and optimization of MembrO3x system
- Updates and further developments of ozone pathway prediction model
