The drive towards sustainable, low-energy buildings has increased the need for reliable methods to evaluate whether a ‘daylit’ building meets minimum standards for energy and human comfort performance.

To develop further forward on this theme, the LIPID is pleased to welcome Dr. John Mardaljevic, Reader at De Montfort University in the United Kingdom and internationally renowned researcher in the field, who will give a conference (in English) on this subject just after the Velux Daylight Symposium which will take place from 4 – 5 May at the Rolex Learning Center, EPFL.

The event will take place on Thursday 5th May 2011 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in room CM 1368 and will be followed by a drink. Open to all!
