Domotech magazine devotes an article to Marilyne Andersen (LIPID) and her research work on natural light.

In this article, Marilyne Andersen explains that it is time to review our interpretation of sustainability in buildings. Beyond setting ambitious environmental goals, it is important not to forget the reason why we build building. 100% of the energy we use in buildings is to meet human needs. Also, our relationship to the sun and to the sky plays a very large role in this relationship between our needs and the spaces we live in. Our psychological needs are related to our connection with the weather and the passing of time. Our physiological needs are connected to light exposure for our biological clock, vigilance and immune system.
