Daniel Kuhn elected EUROPT Fellow 2025

Daniel Kuhn was named the 2025 EUROPT Fellow at the EUROPT Conference held in Southampton, UK.
EUROPT — the EURO Working Group on Continuous Optimization — aims to promote and facilitate communication among European and international researchers in the field of continuous optimization. Each year, it awards the EUROPT Fellowship to ‘honour an outstanding researcher in continuous optimisation’. In 2025, the Fellowship was awarded to Daniel Kuhn.
Daniel Kuhn was invited to deliver the EUROPT Fellowship Lecture as a plenary talk at the EUROPT Conference, which brings together researchers from both the theoretical and applied communities in continuous optimization. The conference took place from 29 June to 2 July 2025 at the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
