How can we render non-toxic quantum dots brighter and more stable?
Herein, we demonstrate that a c-ALD grown ZnO shell increases the photoluminescence emission of aminophosphine-derived InP QDs and prevents the degradation of their suspension under ambient conditions. Importantly, we highlight and explain the crucial role played by the initial surface chemistry in the process. More here in Ona's paper!
