Conference Day on Digital Fabrication at EPFL hosted by IBOIS

The laboratory for timber constructions hosted on Tuesday a conference day on digital fabrication for some 45 researchers of ETH Zürich within the NCCR Digital Fabrication.
Some 45 researchers from ETH Zürich, within the research program NCCR Digital Fabrication, participated on Tuesday to a conference day at EPFL on digital fabrication. During the event, hosted by the laboratory for timber constructions IBOIS, Professors Mark Pauly, director of the Computer Graphics and Geometry Laboratory LGG, and Corentin Fivet, director of the Structural Xploration Lab SXL, were invited to present their work. Professor Yves Weinand presented the research carried out at IBOIS and invited his guests to visit the new timber pavilion of the Vidy theater.
