Biomass fractionation protocol for aldehyde-stabilized lignin

Our protocol on fractionation of lignocellulosic biomass was published in Nature Protocols. Masoud, Graham, and Ydna developed a procedure to produce uncondensed aldehyde-stabilized lignin from lignocellulosic biomass and also isolate the cellulose and hemicellulose fractions with high purity. This method can be used to produce large quantity of these fractions for further upgrading.
