AOM editors-in-chiefs meet in Lausanne for rare European gathering

The Editors-in-Chief of the prestigious journals of the Academy of Management, the largest professional organization in management research with 20'000 members worldwide, convened in Lausanne on November 3rd, 2023, for their annual retreat at EPFL.
This exclusive gathering, hosted by Marc Gruber and Rüdiger Fahlenbrach at the College of Management of Technology breaks tradition by taking place outside the US.
Transcending geographical norms, the event allowed editors-in-chief to present their seven renowned journals (AMD, AMJ, AMR, ANNALS, AMLE, AMP, AOM Collections) to over 100 scholars and researchers. The presentation, held on campus, attracted both online and in-person participants, with attendees traveling from as far as Italy.
