Advanced QuPath concepts, best practices and scripting

During this session the following topics will be covered:

1. Installing extensions from JAR files
2. Building a reusable QuPath project for training a pixel classifier or a deep learning model
3. Training and validating a Cellpose model through QuPath
4. An introduction to scripting in QuPath
5. Automating simple tasks using QuPath scripts: Adding custom measurements
6. Using scripting in QuPath to process images using ImageJ and sending the results back to QuPath, example using spot detection

There are 16 slots available and participants will be selected on a first come, first served basis.
The session is open to everyone from EPFL, the registration fee is waived.
Non EPFL participants are invited to contact the BIOP directly.
Unjustified/late cancellations (less than 3 working days before the course date), and no-shows will be charged with a fee of CHF 250.
