Congratulations to our colleagues Sönke Menke, and Dr. Biranche Tandon, for their recent open-acces protocol entitled "Addition of a tubular collector to a MEWron melt electrowriting printer" on protocols.io and their release of a GitHub page with many instructions. This is a further step to help the MEWron community.

This new protocol provides detailed instructions on modifying a Voron 3D printer to integrate a tubular collector for melt electrowriting, making it easier for researchers and enthusiasts to build their own MEWron system. Alongside the protocol, the GitHub repository includes all necessary code and files, offering a comprehensive resource for those looking to replicate or further develop the setup.

With this release, we take another step in strengthening the MEWron community by making the technology more accessible. By sharing open-source resources and step-by-step guidance, we hope to encourage more researchers to build, experiment, and innovate with MEWron.

Check out the protocol and GitHub page to learn more and get started on building your own system!
