Academic Report: check your publications on Infoscience

© 2026 EPFL
As every year, spring coincides with the launch of the Annual Academic Report (AAR) campaign. It is the perfect time to check that all your publications and outputs are properly referenced in Infoscience, which feeds the Publications and Patents sections of the Report. The Infoscience team is here to support you.
Each publication or output deposited in Infoscience strengthens the visibility, accessibility, and dissemination of research conducted at EPFL. By taking the time to reference your work, verify the accuracy of author affiliations and laboratory assignments, and make your texts available in Open Access whenever publisher conditions allow, you directly help increase the impact of your research — including its indexing in tools such as Google Scholar.
The Annual Academic Report (AAR) validation campaign runs from mid-March to mid-April 2026. Data from Infoscience feeds the Publications and Patents sections. This is the ideal time to check that your work is properly recorded and to ensure an accurate, complete, and up-to-date representation of your laboratory’s scientific activity.
