5th Call for proposals: Personalized Health and Related Technologies

PHRT invites applicants to team up with partners at clinical institution to submit proposals for Education and Technology translation projects

Personalized Health and Related Technologies (PHRT) is a strategic focus area of the ETH Domain aiming to support and drive transformation in Personalized Health by providing clinicians with access to ETH technologies in order to evaluate their potential contributions to clinical decision making.

With its 5th call for proposals, PHRT invites applicants to team up with partners at clinical institution to submit proposals for:

  1. Interdisciplinary doctoral, so-called iDoc Projects,
  2. Transition Postdoc Fellowship, so-called TPdF Projects, and
  3. Technology Translation Projects (TT Projects).

All scientists with a doctoral degree (postdocs only for TPdF Projects) employed by an institution of the ETH Domain, i.e. faculty members and senior researchers employed at Empa, EPFL, ETHZ, PSI, Eawag or WSL are eligible for this call.

A total of up to CHF 7.5 million is made available for education (about 15 projects) and technology translation projects (about five projects).

The deadline for proposals is 15 May 2021.

An information session is organized by the Research Office on March 29th 2021 from 12:00 to 13:00 via Zoom, with the participation of Dr. Vonder Mühll, Executive Director of PHRT, and Dr. Curtin, Medical Director of PHRT. Click here for registration.
