3 SiliconPV Awards for PVLab

04.2017: SiliconPV 2017 conference committee handed out the SiliconPV Award to Gizem Nogay, Dr. Andrea Tomasi and Dr. Matthieu Boccard for their contributions. This award is given to the 10 best ranked contributions of the conference among 211 submissions by a blind review process. Congratulation!
We are glad that 3 of 10 SiliconPV Awards for the best ranked contributions to the SiliconPV 2017 were handed to members of PVLab. The conference committee awarded Dr. Matthieu Boccard for his work entitled "Mitigating Transport and Visible-light-absorption Losses in MoOx Hole-selective Contacts for Si Solar Cells". Dr. Andrea Tomasi presented his latest work on "Simple Interdigitated Back-Contacted Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells with an Interband Silicon Tunnel Junction" and Gizem Nogay got her Award for the contribution on "Boron-doped silicon carbide for passivating rear contacts".
