Berke Erbas, a PhD student from our lab, received the Publication Award from the Microsystems & Microelectronics doctoral program for his publication, “Deterministic grayscale nanotopography to engineer mobilities in strained MoS2 FETs,” published in Nature Communications.
This award recognizes the best first-author publication for the period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
