2023 Doctoral Program Thesis EDEE

We are glad to announce that the PhD thesis of our DESL colleague, Rahul Gupta, has received a distinction for its very high-quality. The thesis is on "Methods for Grid-aware Operation and Planning of Active Distribution Networks" and is co-supervised by Prof. Dr. Mario Paolone (EPFL-DESL) and Prof. Dr. Fabrizio Sossan (HES-SO VS). Only the best 8% EPFL PhD thesis receives this distinction.
