Talking about official EPFL regulations is good. Repatriating documents from polyelx.epfl.ch to your own website is not: create hyperlinks instead.
Documents from the ‘Electronic compendium of EPFL laws, ordinances, regulations and directives’ (Polylex) are sometimes downloaded by certain webmasters and stored on their own websites. Stocking these texts ‘locally’ on your websites means that you probably do not possess the most recent version, due to regular Polylex updates.
To guarantee that your visitors are accessing the most recent version of the text at all times, update your website with a hyperlink leading directly to Polylex.
