Visit of architecture students / ASAR In Situ

Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 October, the test hall of the IBOIS Laboratory welcomed two groups of architecture students.

Supervised by Nicolas Rogeau, doctoral student at Ibois, and in compliance with health recommendations, the students were able to discover the current research carried out at the IBOIS laboratory, as well as the machines, such as the CNC cutting machine.
Between round wood prototypes and robot demonstrations, the students were led to question the use of wood in contemporary construction and the link that this traditional material can nowadays maintain with digital tools.
