Three SV Research Core Facilities receive support from EPFL’s Platform Technical Advancement Seed Fund

Congratulations to Gaspard Pardon (Biogengineering and Technology Platform), Maria Pavlou (Proteomics Core Facility) , Bernard Schneider (Bertarelli Foundation Gene Therapy Platform) and their co-applicants for being awarded the Platform Technical Advancement Seed Funding.

The fund is designed to support innovative, technically-oriented projects enabling the platforms to advance to a higher level of expertise in selected domains for the benefit of the EPFL user community. The three supported projects will contribute to development of automated platform for assays based on tumor organoids, establishment of integrated “omics” tools and generation of new viral vectors allowing functional imaging and interrogation of neuronal activity.
