The PVLAB is contributing to a training program to renewable energies in Senegal. In partnership with "Centre International pour la Formation et la Recherche en Energie Solaire of the Ecole Supérieur Polytechnique (ESP) de Dakar", the lab provides advice for training electricians and technicians in the Senegal electricity sector.

The PVLAB is contributing to a program led by the Centre International pour la Formation et la Recherche en Energie Solaire of the Ecole Supérieur Polytechnique (ESP) de Dakar to train technicians and electricians working in Senegal’s electricity sector. This program is funded by the Canadian International Development Research Center (IDRC) and the investment company Meridiam. I will also provide technical support to local companies, and applied research component adapted to the regional context. It will be implemented by the Centre de tests de systèmes solaires photovoltaïques (CT2S) currently being set up within a Swiss REPIC project led by PVLAB in collaboration with ESP.
