Professor Juan Mosig awarded honorary doctor

The University of Aalto in Finland granded this prestigious title to the former EPFL professor
Juan Mosig was awarded an honorary doctor title by the Finnish University of Aalto. It is the highest honor a university can award. From 1999 to 2016, he was Director of the Laboratory of Electromagnetics and Acoustics (LEMA) at the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the School of Engineering. Since 1980, he has been collaborating with Aalto's scientists in radioeconomics and electromagnetics, making it possible for Finnish researchers to visit EPFL. Specialising in the fields of electromagnetism, planar antennas and novel antenna technologies, he has several hundred scientific publications to his credit.
