Prof. Michaël Grätzel wins the Balzan Prize for Science of New Materials 2009.
07.09.2009 Prof. M. Grätzel has been awarded the Balzan Prize ( 1 million Swiss franc) for Science of New Materials for 2009 by the International Balzan Foundation. The International Balzan Foundation was created in 1957 to recognize the most outstanding initiatives of peace and brotherhood among peoples and foster their growth in the scientific and cultural world.
