Professor J. Huelsken receives the Pfizer Prize 2009 for Medical Research.
06.02.2009 The Pfizer Prize 2009 for Medical Research has been awarded to Bigna Lenggenhager and Tej Tadi (BMI - Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience), for their research on the functional and neural mechanisms of body perception, and to Dr. Ilaria Malanchi (Laureate Latsis award 2008) and Professor Joerg Huelsken (Huelsken Lab), for their research on the role of tissue-specific stem cells for tissue homeostasis and cancerogenesis.
