New chairman of the scientific advisory board of the IWH Halle

The Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH) was founded on January 1, 1992. It is a member of the Leibniz Association. The IWH focuses on processes of economic convergence and the role of the financial system regarding the allocation of production factors as well as the facilitation of productivity and innovation. The Scientific Advisory board consists of internationally renowned researchers and regularly evaluates and advises on the institute’s research agenda.
