Mobility in question

In order to reduce noise pollution and limit transit traffic, a postulate to introduce 30 km/h day and night in Lausanne has been submitted. Vincent Kaufmann, from the Urban Sociology Laboratory of the EPFL, speaks on this subject and goes back over the consequences of the health crisis on mobility.
