LIONS @ AISTATS and ALT 2018

Four papers from LIONS' lab have been accepted to the 21st International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Statistics (AISTATS 2018) and one paper to the 29th International Conference on Algorithmic Learning Theory (ALT 2018), co-located with AISTATS this year.
Both conferences will be held in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands. AISTATS from 9-11 April 2018 and ALT from 7-9 April 2018.

Four papers from LIONS' lab have been accepted to the 21st International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Statistics (AISTATS 2018) and one paper to the 29th International Conference on Algorithmic Learning Theory (ALT 2018), co-located with AISTATS this year.

The AISTATS papers are entitled as follows: "High dimensional Bayesian Optimization via Additive Models with Overlapping Groups" by Paul Rolland, Jonathan Scarlett, Ilija Bogunovic and Volkan Cevher, "Combinatorial Penalties: Which structures are preserved by convex relaxations” by Marwa El Halabi, Francis Bach and Volkan Cevher, "Robust Maximization of Non-Submodular Objectives" by Ilija Bogunovic*, Junyao Zhao* and Volkan Cevher, "Stochastic Three-Composite Convex Minimization with a Linear Operator" by Renbo Zhao and Volkan Cevher.

The ALT paper title is "Dimension-free Information Concentration via Exp-Concavity" by Ya-Ping Hsieh and Volkan Cevher.

The conference will be held in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands. AISTATS from 9-11 April 2018 and ALT from 7-9 April 2018.
