Improved service at the SBB counter at EPFL

To allow easy pick up of train tickets for abroad, SBB has set up a priority queue for the removal of these tickets, if ordered through EPFL oneline tickets shop. This service is indicated by a placard on the SBB counter.
A withdrawal will be made a priority under the following conditions:
- The file number and date of travel should be indicated (eg. using a post-it on the travel confirmation).
- Priority is lost if you need a change or a modification.
- If a customer is being served, our agent will complete the interview and then serve the priority queue.
