LCR e-learning application Escher Mobile for iPhone is crowned with second prize of the Golden Mouse Award.
The application Escher Mobile - developed by Dr. Ivan Orlov and Prof. Gervais Chapuis - is presumably the first e-learning app for crystallographers available on AppStore.It simulates the symmetry environment of the 17 two-dimensional (planar) symmetry groups which can be decorated with various objects according to anyone's fantasy.
